Chapter9, Telling the story
Jack told people that he read in the book about the big waves.
Boka told Jack and Annie that he would show how the Hawaiians talk.
Villagers gathered around and attended telling their story.
Kama chanted about the big waves' story.
Boka, Kama, and Annie danced the hula and Jack became dancing the hula, too.
Boka, Kama, Annie, and Jack say sorry to each other and became friends.
Boka's mom says "Friendship is like riding the waves. You ride low and high."
Jack and Annie finally found out the magic word, Friendship.
And Jack and Annie said good-bye but Hawaiian never say good-bye, they only say aloha when they meet or leave.
Jack and Annie said aloha to all the villagers and they went to the tree house.
Annie still had her lei and put it next to the other prove.
And She said the magic spell.
