MTH 33-3. The Grand Lady of the Lagoon

The gondola landed the canal and when Jack grabbed the gondolier's hand, he felt it were like a kid's hand. 
The carnival people wore bird masks, ruffled collars.
Jack and Annie started to look for the Grand Lady of the Lagoon.
Annie asked a tall woman at the edge of the parade about the Grand Lady of the Lagoon but she was a man.
Jack and Annie decided to skip it.
Next Merlin's directions were looking for Tiepolo.
The research book said Tiepolo was one of the greatest painters of Venice in the 1700s.
So Annie asked a clown where the painter Tiepolo lives.
He lived near the Church of San Felice but he was in Milan.
Jack and Annie decided to skip it and to find the Ruler of the Seas.
Annie asked a pirate where is the Ruler of the Seas.
It was in the palace on Saint Mark's Square and Saint Mark's Square was filled with candlelight and musicians.
A guard was standing by the palace door so they couldn't enter it.
Just at that time, two clowns were dancing around the guard.
One grabbed the guard's rifle and tossed it the other.
While the guard chased after the two clowns, Jack and Annie could enter inside of the palace.
